You can get a free cleaning service when you move out, if you have fulfilled all your responsibilities as a tenant and given the notice of termination electronically at least 6 weeks before the ending date of the contract. You will get instructions by email on how to utilise the free cleaning service, after your termination has been processed.
If you sign the termination between the first and the 15th of the month, your agreement can be terminated on the 15th of the following month. If you sign the form after the fifteenth day of the month, the lease agreement will be terminated on the last day of the following month at the earliest.
When terminating the lease only on your part, the lease will end on the last day of the month. The term of notice is one calendar month.
